A high-rise pool deck reimagined for how residents actually use it — lounging, entertaining, and everything in between. We approached the space as an extension of the building's identity: elevated, resort-adjacent, but never generic.

Design direction set the material and mood language for the deck, balancing durability against Miami's climate with a palette that reads more boutique hotel than standard amenity space. Custom floor plans organized the deck into distinct zones — lounge, dining, and social seating — maximizing flow without sacrificing the sense of space residents expect from a Brickell address. Photorealistic renderings brought the vision to life for board approval, letting stakeholders see the finished space before a single piece was ordered. From there, a full selections package specified every furnishing, fabric, and finish, giving the building a clear, cohesive shopping list ready for procurement.
